摘 要: 目的:探讨广州某高校女教师职业紧张状况及其应对方式。方法:应用职业紧张量表(OSI—R),整群抽样调查广州某高校女教师共300名,请其白填调查表,回收合格调查表246份。结果:不同学历高校女教师在职业任务、任务冲突、责任感和娱乐休闲差别性显著,有统计学意义(P〈0.05);不同教龄高校女教师在业务技术和人际关系紧张反应及躯体紧张反应和理性处事得分间存在差异,有统计学意义(P〈0.05);不同职称高校女教师在个人紧张及个人应对资源间存在差异,有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:高校女教师职业紧张与学历、教龄、职称等相关,应减少高校教师的职业紧张源,减少由于紧张对他们的工作和年活带来的影响。 Objective: To investigate on occupational, stress and coping style in female college teachers of Guangzhou province. Methods: Three hundred female college teachers participated in cluster sampling and filled in the OSI -R questionnaire by themselves in which 246 qualified questionnaires were withdrawed. Results: There were significantly different (P 〈 0.05) in the occupational role, task Decomposition, responsibility and leisure entertainment between various education groups. There were significantly different (P 〈 0.05) in the score of vocational technique, strained interpersonal relationships reaction , somatotonia reaction and rational life between various teaching age.There were significantly different ( P 〈 0.05) in the individual stress and personal coping resources between various professional title groups. Conclusion: There are some factors which can effect the personnel's occupational stress like the education level, teaching age and professional title. It's time some measurements should be taken to prevent them from occupational stress and improve their work situation.
