摘 要: 针对交叉偶极阵列声波测井仪高温、强背景噪声的作业环境,通过深入分析噪声源,采取信号滤波和优化的布局布线等技术手段设计交叉偶极声波信号处理电路。着重阐述了恶劣环境下前置预放大电路、高精度带通滤波器和逻辑控制等功能模块的抗干扰设计。试验结果表明,该处理电路能在井下恶劣环境中稳定可靠工作,有较强的噪声抑制能力,完全满足工业生产作业的需要。 Cross-dipole array acoustic well logging tool must be on operation in high temperature and strong noise background,so its signal processing circuit is designed with some technical measures based on noise sources analysis in depth,such as analog filter and optimal layout.The anti-interference designs of pre-amplifier circuit,high-precision band-pass filter and control logic circuit are presented in details.The experimental results show that the signal processing circuit which has the characteristic of anti-noises-interference can operate stably and reliably in the downhole terrible environment and satisfy the need of industrial production.
