摘　　要： 安全生产标准化建设是企业实现本质安全和建立安全生产长效管理机制的重要途径.针对露天矿安全生产标准化建设的基本内容和要求,深入分析研究了露天矿安全生产的基本特性和关键影响因素,提出了以危险源辨识与风险评价为基础的有效创建露天矿安全生产标准化系统的8步骤模式,阐述了各步骤之间的相关关系及其主要内容.该模式在某露天矿生产企业安全生产标准化建设实践中获得了良好应用. The safety standardization is an important way to assure enterprise＇s safe production and normal operation. The typical characteristics of an operating open-pit mine had been profoundly analyzed in this paper. The principal contents and basic＂ requests for the open-pit mine＇s safety standardization had been summarized as well. Based on the hazard identification methods and risk assessment technologies, an 8-steps model to construct the open-pit mine＇s safety standardization had been proposed. The relationship among those steps and their contents had been discussed in details. This model had been effectively applied to a real open-pit mine＇s safety standardization ease.
