摘　　要： 分析了城镇土地定级规程中土地级别初步确定的三种方法，据此引入一种数理统计方法─-距离判别法，通过计算确定定级单元所属土地级别，使级别确定由定性转为定性与定量相结合。 Based on the analysis to the three methods of preliminary determination of landclassification in the city and town land classification rulles, a mathematical statisticsmethod──distance discrimination method is intreduced, which determines the classificationof land unit by mathematical cacculation and leads to classification determined quantitativelycombining with qualitatively instead of qualitatively.
