摘　　要： 临床实习是医学教育过程中的一个重要环节,对毕业生今后走入职业生涯也是重要的一个阶段,以医学类检验专业学生为例,分析毕业生在临床实习中需要注意的问题以及岗前培训对提高临床实习质量的重要性。 Clinical practice is an important stage in clinical education and the future eareer of the graduates. Taking the students of Clinical Inspection Major as an example, this article analyzes the questions need to be paid attention to in the clinical practice and the importanee of pre-post training in increasing the quality of clinical practice.
