摘 要: 印刷机依靠滚筒的旋转运动来完成高精度的套色印刷,由于滚筒难以避免滚轴偏心等不圆度的存在,导致印品出现套印精确度不高,以致印刷的文字或图像有重影而影响印刷效果。为了检测这种不良状况,我们用精密转台模拟印刷滚筒的运动,构造一种测量转台表面各点的位置偏差的高精度光电检测系统,使系统的精度可以控制在±10μm内。本文对旋转偏心转台的运动规律进行了分析,并重点介绍了条形码、比相电路以及MSP430程序的设计,实验表明,测量精度达到系统要求。 Chromaticity printing is attained with high precision by rotary motion of the roller in the printing machine.However,the presence of non-roundness with the roller is difficult to avoid,which reduces the accuracy with the overprinting of the printed materials,thus affecting the printing result with ghosting in the printed text and images.With a view to detecting the state of technical defection,we utilize a high precision turntable to simulate the rotary motion of the printing roller.Furthermore,we construct a high precision photoelectric detection system,in which the positional deviation of each point on the turntable is measured and the precision is controlled within ±10 μm.The motion law of the turntable with eccentricity is analysed,and we mainly introduce that how to design the barcode,the circuit of phase comparator and the program of MSP430.The experiment indicates that the measurement precision has reached the system requirement.
