摘 要: 为了在设计阶段早期就可以考虑工作任务、工作空间以及人与系统的匹配问题,运用多相机成像和图像处理技术实现了一套人体运动跟踪系统。运用该系统可以获取虚拟工作空间中实际工作者的动作信息,通过实时的人机交互仿真实现工作者与虚拟对象的自然交互,通过仿真对工作设计进行评价,评价内容包括工作空间可及性、工作任务可完成性、完成绩效以及满意度等。所构建的原型系统已经用于多种工作动作的跟踪、仿真和评价。 In order to evaluate work task,workspace,and human-system interface in the early design phase,a human motion tracking system was studied and realized based on multiple cameras imaging and image processing techniques. Worker's motions in virtual workspace were tracked by this system,generating a series of framed position data for human's key joints. The tracked motion data was then transmitted to a real-time interactive human-system simulation system,allowing the worker to interact naturally with the designed system through visual feedback. Based on the simulation,the designed work could be evaluated,including workspace accessibility,work feasibility,work performance,and worker's satisfaction. The realized prototype system has been used for simulation and evaluation of many designed work tasks with manual operations.
