摘 要: 主要研究了起重机钢丝绳的动力学特性,利用动力学的一些知识,对钢丝绳进行力学建模。然后在利用MATLAB提供的SIMULINK仿真工具箱,对钢丝绳所建的模型在不同的速度和加速度的条件下进行仿真分析,得出张力的变化规律。通过对仿真图形的分析得出一些由静力学所不能推出的结论,以希望对延长钢丝绳的寿命及系统设计工作有所帮助。 The dynamics characteristics of the crane wire rope were studied. And the researcher creates a mechanical modeling of steel wire rope by use of dynamics knowledge. Whereafter by using of the MATLAB/SIMULINK toolbox the researcher analyzed the modeling at the condition of different speeds and accelerations, aiming at obtaining the regulation of tensility changes. Analysis on simulation graph helped to draw conclusions, which the statics cannot deduce, for extending the lifetime limit of wire rope as well as designing.
