摘 要: 介绍一种基于PWM型连续多倍细分信号控制的高电压、大电流、大功率步进电机驱动方法及其控制电路,详细论述了各功能模块的控制原理与实现的关键技术。经实验验证,这种采用大功率场效应管的驱动系统能实现PWM细分信号控制的大功率步进电机驱动,并具有优良的驱动性能。 The paper presents a method and its implemental circuit of driving system based-on PWM continuous microstepping for high voltage,current and power stepping motor and goes on detail on the control principles and key technologies of the function models.It is proofed in experiment that the driving system with power FETs can well drive power stepping motor by PWM microstepped signal and has good performances.
