摘 要: 目的:探讨团体心理训练教学法对大学生成长与发展的影响,以促进医学人才整体心理素质的提高。方法:将239名大学生随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组予以团体心理训练教学,对照组不予干预措施,干预前后用社交能力自测量表、社会适应能力自测量表、自卑倾向自测量表、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表对两组学生进行测量。结果:团体心理训练后,试验组的抑郁、焦虑、社会交往能力和5项自卑指标的得分均低于对照组(P均<0.05);试验组的社会适应能力得分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:团体心理训练教学能增强大学生人际交往能力、社会适应能力和自信力,并对大学生心理具有多方面的积极的影响功能。 Objective:To investigate the influence of group psychological training on college student's growth and development in order to improve the mental quality of medical talents. Methods:239 college students were randomly divided into 2 groups:the experimental group was given group psychological training education, and the control group was not. Social skill self-test scale, social adaptability self-test scale, self-rating respect scale, self- rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were used. Results:The scores of experimental group in depression, anxiety, social skill and five categories of self respect were lower than those of control group (all P 〈 0.05),and the scores in social adaptability were higher (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion:Group psychological training education can help improve college students' social skills, social adaptability and self-confidence. It has many positive effects on college students' psychology.
