液压脉振注射成型过程的能耗分析

摘  要: 为降低液压脉振注射成型过程的总体能耗,文中对成型过程中螺杆轴向振动对熔体注射充模各阶段能耗的影响进行了研究,建立了振动力场作用下熔体流经圆管形流道的数学模型,推导出了相应的能耗表达式;并讨论了螺杆轴向振动振幅对注射成型总体能耗的影响.理论分析和实验结果表明:振动力场的引入使得注射过程总体能耗减小;螺杆轴向振动振幅在一定范围内变化时,能耗随振幅的增加而减小,振幅存在一个使得能耗最小的最佳值. In order to reduce the overall energy consumption of the injection molding process with hydraulic pulsation, the effect of axial vibration of screw on the energy consumption of each stage in the molding process is investigated. Then, a mathematical model is established to describe the melted plastic crossing through the pipe runner, and the corresponding energy consumption formula is deduced. Moreover, the influence of axial vibration amplitude of screw on the overall energy consumption is analyzed. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that ( 1 ) the overall energy consumption of the injection molding process decreases due to the introduction of vibration force field; (2) the energy consumption decreases with the increase in axial vibration amplitude in a certain range; and (3) there is an optimal amplitude corresponding to the lowest energy-consumption.
