摘 要: 通过在日粮中添加不同水平多糖复合物(MCS),研究其对鲫鱼(CarassiusauratusL.)生长性能的影响。试验选用640条体重约为0.90g的鲫鱼,随机分为4组(对照组、0.25%、0.50%MCS组和1.00%MCS组)。试验期为8周。研究结果表明,添加0.25%和0.50%MCS可以显著提高试验鲫鱼终末均重、增重率和特定生长率(P<0.05);添加0.25%、0.50%和1.00%MCS,试验鲫鱼蛋白质利用效率显著提高(P<0.05);饵料系数有不同程度的降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05);存活率差异不显著(P>0.05)。表明在饲料中添加一定量的多糖复合物,对水产动物生长性能具有明显的促进作用,且以0.25%效果较佳。 The effects of the mixture of chitosan and saccharicterpenin (MCS) on growth performance of Carassius auratus L. were studied.Six hundred and forty fish with body weight about 0.9 g were allotted to four dietary treatments: the control group and three MCS-treated groups.MCS treated groups were supplemented with 0.25 % ,0.5 % and 1.00 % MCS in basal diets,respectively.Each group had four duplicates.The whole feeding period lasted for eight weeks.Results were showed as fellows :The final average weight,weight gain rate and specific growth rate of fishes in 0.25 % and 0.50 % MCS group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P 〈 0.05) ;but there was no significant difference between 1.00 % MCS group and the control group (P 〉 0.05).The protein emciency ratio of fishes in 0.25 % ,0.50 %, 1.00 % MCS group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P 〈 0.05).Feeding efficiencies of three MCS-treated groups were all lower than that in control group,but no significant difference was found (P 〉 0.05).There was also no significant difference in survival rate among four dietary treatments(P 〉 0.05).The results indicated that MCS added in the diet could improve the growth of C.auratus L.significantly,and the optimal addition was 0.25 %.
