摘　　要： 对大学生就业时产生的心理问题进行分析并采取相应的方法进行调适,帮助大学生树立正确的就业观,培养健康的就业心理素质,对于大学生能否成功就业具有重要的现实意义。 An analysis of colleges students’ psychological problems arising in finding employment and the solutions to the problems contribute to helping college students establish the correct concept of employment and develop a healthy mental quality.
