摘 要: 文章从非智力因素与智力因素的基本内涵、功能和相互关系出发,指出培养学生非智力因素的重要性和可行性,分析了高职人才培养工作中非智力因素教育的不利现状,从激发学习动机、培养学习兴趣、磨练意志品质三方面,提出了高职人才培养工作中非智力因素教育的对策。 Based on the basic connotation, function and their relationship of the non-intelligent factors and the intelligent factors, this paper points out the importance and feasibility of training the students' non-intelligent factors. It analyzes the disadvantages of the education upon non-intelligent factors in training high vocational talents. It also points out the measures from the following three aspects: stimulating leaning motivation, exciting learning interest and tempering and quality.
