摘　　要： 采取定性分析与定量分析相结合、理论研究与实证研究相结合的方法,选取广州若干有代表性的城中村,对村民、村委和所在地区政府、街道及其他有关职能部门的管理者进行了深度访谈与相应的问卷调查。在此基础上,针对发现的新问题,提出了在城中村改造中实行分类指导、发挥改造各方作用、建立有效的参与机制、引入社会评价制度的解决思路和政策建议。 This paper adopts a methodology of qualitative and quantitative research, and of theoretic study and empirical study, making a special research on some typical villages in Guangzhou. Besides in-depth field researches on key villages, interviews were conducted, which involved district governments, street offices, village committees, villagers and other relevant functional departments that are related to the villages, and questionnaires were made among villagers too. On the basis of the above, the paper offers various suggestions for the reform of villages-in-city.
