摘　　要： 论文试图通过广东队在第十一届全运会体操比赛上的表现对广东省竞技体操后备人才培养体制基本特征进行分析,总结广东省竞技体操后备人才培养的基本特征和优劣,进而建议采取相应的措施,发挥有利的因素,摸索出一套培养广东省竞技体操后备人才的理想模式。 This paper analyzed the basic characteristic of Guangdong gymnastics reserve talent cultivation system from the per- formance of the Guangdong gymnastics teams in the 11 th national gymnastics competition, and found out its basic characteris- tics and advantages. With these results, the paper suggests taking corresponding measures and using the advantage factors to make out an ideal cultivation mode for Guangdong gymnastics reserve talent.
