摘 要: 从《食品分析》实验课的教学内容、方法和手段以及学生成绩考核等方面进行了改革的探索与实践。通过对教学内容的优化,学生的学习实践内容更能适应社会的实际工作需要;教学方法和手段的改进,增加了实验课上学生的主动参与性,使实验课从过去的"教师主导型"逐渐向"学生自主型"转化;考核制度的完善,使学生成绩更加公正、客观,也更能激发学生学习的积极性。 The exploration and practices of Food Analysis experiment teaching were carried on, including the teaching contents, teaching methods and student's achievement evaluation. Through optimizing the teaching contents, the students can adapt to the requirement of actual work. The initiative participation of studeats increased by improving the teaching methods and means, and the experimental lessons transformed gradually from the past "teacher-led" type to the present "student-self-regulated" type. The student's score became more objective and impartial by perfecting the achievement evaluation system, and these enhanced the students' enthusiasm in the course of Food Analysis experiment.
