摘 要: 采用氧化淀粉改性的方法制备流延改性PVA水溶性薄膜。研究了各组分不同浓度对氧化淀粉改性PVA水溶性薄膜水溶性的影响。实验结果表明:氧化淀粉和明胶用量对氧化淀粉改性PVA水溶性薄膜的水溶性影响非常显著,而甘油、十二烷基醚硫酸钠、甲基丙烯酸酯对水溶时间的影响较小。当氧化淀粉浓度为23%,明胶质量浓度为5%,甘油质量浓度为16%,氨基硅油质量浓度为0.05%,十二烷基醚硫酸钠质量浓度为0.12%,甲基丙烯酸酯质量浓度为0.2%,十二烷基硫酸钠质量浓度为4%时,制备的薄膜水溶性时间仅为133 s。 Modified water soluble PVA membrane with oxidized starch was prepared by means of flow casting. The effects of the concentration of different components on the water solubility of modified PVA membrane by oxidized starch were studied. The results showed that the effects of the oxidized starch and the glutin on solution time in the water were obvious, while the glycerin, sodium laureth sulfate and metacrylic acid ester had less influence. When the concentration of oxidized starch was 23%, glutin 5%, glycerin 16%, amino silicone oil 0.05%, sodium laureth sulfate 0.12%, metacrylic acid ester 0.2%, its solution time was 133 s.
