摘 要: 为了克服壳聚糖只能溶于酸性水溶液的局限,对壳聚糖进行了化学修饰,通过引入磷酸基官能团,合成了可溶于中性水的磷酸化壳聚糖。以磷酸化壳聚糖和羧甲基壳聚糖为基材,采用聚电解质复合法制备了苦参碱/羧甲基壳聚糖/磷酸化壳聚糖纳米粒子水分散制剂。测试结果表明,纳米粒子的平均粒径为100~200nm,纳米粒子对苦参碱的负载率最高可达66.2%。 Chitosan(CS) is modified by a chemical method to overcome its disadvantage which only dissolved in acid water. A water-soluble chitosan derivative Phosphorylation chitosan (PCS) is synthesized by introducing phosphonie group into chitosan. According to the static electric interaction between positive and negative polyelectrolyte, matrine/CMC/PCS namoparticle dispersible in water is prepared using PCS and carboxymethyl chitosan(CMC) as matrix materials. The results show that the particle size of the nanoparticles is 100-200nm, and the matrine load efficiency is up to 66.2%.
