摘 要: 以硫酸钛和尿素为原料,采用均相沉淀法对α-Al2O3微滤膜进行二氧化钛改性,并考察了反应物浓度和涂覆次数对改性微滤膜油水分离效率的影响规律。研究结果表明:通过二氧化钛改性,微滤膜的渗透通量得到了有效地提高。特别是当硫酸钛物质的量浓度为0.2mol.L-1,涂覆次数一次时,TiO2改性微滤膜比未改性膜的渗透通量提高约25.23%,并且渗透液达到排放标准所需要的时间较未改性膜缩短了45min。 Using titanium sulfate and urea as raw materials,α-alumina microfiltration membrane was modified with titanium oxide by co-precipitation process.The influences of reactant concentration and coating times on the oil-water separation efficiency of the modified microfiltration membranes were studied systemically.The results show the permeation flux of the modified microfiltration membrane is increased.Specially,the permeation flux of the modified microfiltration membrane is increased more 25.23% and the emission standards time of the permeation is shortened for 45 min compare with that of the unmodified membrane,when titanium sulfate concentration is 0.2 mol·L-1 and the coating times is once.
