FeCrAl基高温抗氧化陶瓷涂层抗热震性能的研究

摘  要: 采用陶瓷粘结相与Cr2O3制成料浆,在空气中1300℃下熔烧制备FeCrAl基高温抗氧化陶瓷涂层。研究了分散相Cr2O3的添加量和涂层厚度对试样抗热震性能的影响。结果表明:当Cr2O3的添加量为50%(质量分数,下同)、涂层厚度100μm和熔烧制度为1300℃×60min的条件下,涂层试样的抗热震次数可达16次(室温←→1200℃)。采用SEM、高温热膨胀仪等测试手段对涂层试样的组织结构及性能进行表征,揭示了涂层组织结构与抗热震性能之间的关系。 High-temperature oxidation resistant ceramic coating on FeCrAI-alloy surface was prepared by fusing at 1300℃ in air, using Cr2O3, cementing phase and FeCrAI-alloy as the starting material. Effects of the Cr2O3 doping amount and the coating thickness on the thermal-shock resistance of the sample were studied. The results show that the ceramic coating exhibits good thermal-shock resistance and may arrive at 16 times (RT←→1200℃) when the mass ratio of adhesive phase to Cr2O3 is 1:0.5, the coating thickness is about 100μM and the firing system is 1300℃×60min. The ceramic coating was analyzed through the application of SEM and high-temperature dilatometer, etc. The relationship between the microstructure and the performance of thermalshock resistance was investigated for the ceramic coating.
