摘 要: 以氧化铝为主要原料,并添加适量的苏州土和聚乙烯醇,采用干压成型法,制备了氧化铝载体。实验考察了成型压力、PVA用量和厚度等工艺参数对氧化铝载体渗透通量的影响规律,并采用扫描电子显微镜对其显微结构进行测试分析。实验结果表明:当成型压力为16MPa、PVA用量为0.4wt%、厚度为3mm时,可制得渗透通量稳定在6.42m3·m-2·h-1、显微结构良好的氧化铝载体。 Alumina substrates were prepared by dry pressing using alumina as main material, and adding Suzhou clay and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA). The influences of the pressure, the amount of PVA and the thickness on the permeate flux of the substrates were studied. And the microstructure of the substrate was tested by SEM. The results show that alumina substrates have good microstructure and the stable permeate flux is 6.42 m3·m-2.h-1 when the pressure is 16 MPa, the amount of PVA is 0.4 wt% and the thickness is 3 mm.
