摘　　要： 美国次贷危机引发的全球金融危机对世界各国影响巨大。鉴于此,对金融危机进行有效治理显得尤为重要。作为发展中大国的中国,更有责任对其进行认真研究,探寻危机治理的合理且有效的策略和方式,以此为其他国家应对和治理危机提供经验借鉴和策略支持,从而展现自身价值和角色作用。 The global financial crisis triggered by the seq-prime crisis has exerted great influence on countries in the world. Due to this, it＇s necessary to manage this crisis effectively. China, as the developing great power, is more responsible for its thorough analysis and meticulous research, trying to probe into the reasonable and effective strategies and methods for crisis＇s management. Based on this, it will provide experience and policies for other countries＇ response and management, which reflect China＇ s value and its unique role.
