摘 要: 以从玉米秸秆中提取的半纤维素为原料,丁二酸酐为酯化剂,以离子液体(BMIMCl)为反应介质,在不加任何催化剂的条件下,对半纤维素进行均相酯化改性。采用正交实验探讨了半纤维素均相酯化过程中的各种因素(酯化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间)对半纤维素酯化效率的影响,优选出酯化条件。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振(1H-NMR)对产物结构进行了表征,并研究了改性后半纤维素对水溶液重金属离子的螯合能力。结果表明,改性半纤维素对金属离子具有较好的螯合能力。 In this paper,the homogeneous esterification of hemicelluloses extracted from corn stalk with succinic anhydride in ionic liquid(BMIMCl) without any catalyst was studied.The effects of reaction factors on esterification were studied by the orthogonal experiment,and the preparation conditions were optimized.The structure of the product was characterized by FT-IR and NMR.Further,the chelating performance towards heavy metal ions of the modified hemicelluloses was also investigated.The results showed that the modified hemicellulose has good chelating performance for metal ions.
