摘 要: 为了解决等离子体辅助强化的高能球磨机的密封结构、电极轴保护设计中面临的冲突,将TRIZ理论引入到高能滚筒球磨机创新设计中,应用TRIZ冲突解决原理进行分析,并把冲突标准化。根据TRIZ矩阵寻找标准解,进而类比改进,得到较好的解决方案,并给出参数选择计算公式,为等离子体辅助强化的高能滚筒球磨机的密封结构和电极轴设计提供依据。 In order to solve the conflicts in the sealing structure and the electrode-reel protection design of the high-energy ball mill strengthened by plasma auxiliary, TRIZ theory is introduced into the innovative design of the high-energy roller ball mill, the TRIZ conflict-solving principle is applied to analyze these conflicts and the conflicts are standardized. According to TRIZ matrix, search the standard solution, then gain the better solution by analogy and improvement, and finally provide the calculated formulas for the parametric selection. This provides references for the sealing structure and the electrode-reel design of the highenergy ball mill strengthened by plasma auxiliary.
