摘 要: 高校图书馆读者网上留言的内容主要集中在图书馆日常管理、文献资源建设、流通服务工作和参考咨询服务四大方面。分析读者网上留言平台的3个组成要素,发现读者网上留言服务平台不够完善、馆员回复比较人性化、读者素质有待提高。在此基础上,提出重视读者网上留言、提升读者服务质量的对策:完善网络服务平台、强化图书馆内部管理、重视读者回复工作、加强读者教育。 Readers' online messages to university libraries mainly focus on daily management,literature resources development,circulation services and reference services.This paper analyzes three elements of online message platform for readers,and finds that the function of the online message platform is inadequate,librarians' reply to readers is humanized and readers' quality needs to be improved.Then the paper proposes some suggestions:improving network platform,strengthening internal management of libraries,paying attention to the reply to readers,and focusing on the education for readers.
