摘　　要： 本文讨论历史的真时音变在各亲属语言中的地理视时分布,以及自然音变、音变链、音变链类型等概念。并以"四"、"夜"、"田"等为例,讨论/l/型音变链和与之相关的自然音变规则,以及从地理视时还原历史真时的方法。 This paper addresses the geographical distributions of apparent time sound shifts in the various genetically related Sino-Tibetan languages, which reflects the sound changes in historical real time. It also defines such concepts as the natural process of sound changes, shift chains, and patterns of shift chains. Three examples, ＂four＂, ＂night＂ and ＂farmland＂, are employed to illustrate the shift chain of the/I/pattern, the related sound shift rules of the natural process and the approach of how.to reconstruct real time sound shifts in the history of a language from the geographical projected distributions reflecting apparent time sound changes.
