摘　　要： 期货公司除了从事经纪业务之外,未来可从事期货投资咨询业务。本文立足于我国期货市场的发展现状,在吸取了我国证券投资咨询公司和美国商品交易顾问业务经验的基础上,分析了我国"新兴加转轨"的市场特征,提出了期货投资咨询业务的定位设想。 Besides broking, the futures operating institutions can take consulting as another business activity in the future. According to nowadays domestic futures markets, the experiences of the China＇ s securities consulting agencies and the America＇ s Commodity Trading Advisors are helpful. Considering the markets characteristics of the transitional period in China, this paper suggests the establishment of futures investment consulting institutions.
