基于ANSYS的中压反应器封头局部应力计算与强度分析

摘  要: 应用ANSYS软件对中压容器筒体与封头的连接区应力分布进行有限元分析。分析以通常仅受内压的情况为基础,在封头处加2个支座,对支座施加一定的外载荷,研究施加压力、拉力和力矩的作用对支座与封头连接处不连续区应力及其对筒体和封头连接部位的应力的影响。结果表明,由于几何结构的不连续,最大应力出现在筒体和封头的连接部位,支座与封头的连接处也会出现应力集中,但该部位产生的最大应力与筒体和封头连接部位的最大应力相比较小,且对筒体和封头的连接部位的应力分布影响不大,即其封头上可安装支座来承受一定的外载荷。 The three dimension (3D) finite element analysis (FEA) of the stress distribution in the link of the medium -pressure containers cylinder and its head were made by means an ANSYS software. In addition, the paper tried to make two bolsters on the head and imposed certain for- eign load on it, researching the impact of the tensile force, pressure and the moment of force on the area of discontinuity,the joint of the bolster and the head. The stress of connecting parts of the cylinder and the head was analyzed. The results showed that, as the geometric structure was not continuous, the maximum stress was in the part of the cylinder and its head connected. The department of the bolster connection with the head will also appear stress concentration, but the stress was smaller than that in connecting sites of the cylinder and the head and it has little effect on the stress distribution on the connecting parts of the cylinder and its head.
