摘　　要： 本文通过对"改革开放以来教育管理发展的回顾与展望"国际学术研讨会的论文和讨论进行总结与评述,探讨了教育管理学科的性质和定位、教育管理的现实层面的议题并且对教育管理研究的未来进行了展望。 As a summary of the international workshop on ＂Retrospection and Prospect of Educational Management Development since Reform and Opening-up＂, the paper addresses the nature and positioning of the science of educational management, the practical issues of educational management, and the prospect of future research in educational management.
