摘 要: 以华裔诺贝尔奖金获得者的教育背景,分析了当前我国研究生创新人才培养面临的若干问题,尤其提出了创新人才培养所必备的精神道德因素,并从六方面提出了具体培养措施。 By studying the educational background of Chinese Nobel Prize winners, this paper analyzes some problems in training of innovative graduate students and proposes the spiritual and moral factors essential to innovative talents training. Specific training measures are discussed in six aspects.
