摘 要: 针对机器人螺纹装配的特殊要求,提出了一种集螺纹孔方向偏差检测和位置偏差检测为一体的新颖光纤传感方法,它充分结合机器人的特点,采用了螺纹孔方向偏差和位置偏差分离的独特方法,结构简单、成本低。它的研制成功,将会促进光纤传感在机电一体化技术中的应用和发展。 In view of the special requirements of screw flexble assembly with robots,the paper proposes a new optic fiber sensing method which detects the orientation and position errors of screws. It combines thoroughly with the features of robot, applies as identical method to separate the orientation and position errors between bolts and screw boles, and has the characteristics of simple and low cost. Its success will speed up the application and development of optic fiber sensors in machatronic area.
