摘 要: 理清0.1~0.2μm法、0.2~0.3μm法、准单分散法和最易穿透粒径(most penetrating particle size,MPPS)法4种滤料计数效率检测方法的适用范围,有利于促进滤料检测行业的发展。该文针对3种颗粒发生装置,基于4种计数法,在5种不同滤速情况下,计算和分析了7个等级过滤材料的过滤效率。结果表明:0.1~0.2μm和0.2~0.3μm法中,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(dioctyl-phthalate,DOP)气溶胶比NaCl气溶胶更适于计数效率测量;准单分散法比0.1~0.2μm和0.2~0.3μm法更适合计数法效率测量。 A clear understanding of four counting methods used measure the efficiency of filter media, the 0.1 - 0.2 μm, 0.2 - 0.3 μm, quasi monodisperse and most penetrating particle size (MPPS) methods, is needed to develop the filter testing industry. This study analyzes the filtration efficiencies of seven classes of filter media. The theoretical calculations involve five filtration velocities, three aerosol generators and the four counting methods. The results show that the dioetyl phthalate (DOP) aerosol is more suitable for efficiency testing of counting method with the 0.1 - 0.2 μm or 0, 2 - 0.3μm methods than NaCl aerosol and that the quasi-monodisperse method is more suitable for efficiency testing of counting method than 0.1 - 0.2 μm and 0.2 - 0.3 μm methods.
