摘 要: 目的:探讨运动性免疫失衡大鼠外周血白细胞中Th1型转录因子IRF、STAT4、Th2型转录因子GATA3、CCR4 mRNA表达量的变化。方法:应用实时定量PCR方法检测运动性免疫失衡模型建立过程中大鼠外周血白细胞中IRF、STAT4、GATA3、CCR4 mRNA的表达。结果:IRF/GATA3、STAT4/GATA3、STAT4/CCR4均下降,IRF/CCR4呈上升趋势,其中,STAT4/GATA3的下降统计学处理具有显著性(P<0.0 5)。结论:转录因子IRF、STAT4、GATA3、CCR4在运动性免疫失衡中可能起重要作用,其中,STAT4/GATA3具有最高的敏感性,可以作为进一步研究运动性免疫失衡机制的靶基因。目的:探讨运动性免疫失衡大鼠外周血白细胞中Th1型转录因子IRF、STAT4、Th2型转录因子GATA3、CCR4 mRNA表达量的变化。方法:应用实时定量PCR方法检测运动性免疫失衡模型建立过程中大鼠外周血白细胞中IRF、STAT4、GATA3、CCR4 mRNA的表达。结果:IRF/GATA3、STAT4/GATA3、STAT4/CCR4均下降,IRF/CCR4呈上升趋势,其中,STAT4/GATA3的下降统计学处理具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:转录因子IRF、STAT4、GATA3、CCR4在运动性免疫失衡中可能起重要作用,其中,STAT4/GATA3具有最高的敏感性,可以作为进一步研究运动性免疫失衡机制的靶基因。 This paper aims to explore the mRNA expression changes of Th1 transcription factors IRF,STAT4 and Th2 transcription factors GATA3,CCR4 in the peripheral blood leukocyte of the exercise induced immune imbalance rat.By using the technique of real-time quantified PCR to observe the mRNA expression of IRF,STAT4 and GATA3,CCR4 in the peripheral blood leukocyte during the establishment of the exercise induced immune imbalance model.The result showed that IRF/GATA3,STAT4/GATA3,STAT4/CCR4 decreased,in which STAT4/CCR4 decreased significantly(P〈0.05).Meanwhile IRF/CCR4 had an upward trend.It concludes that the transcription factors IRF,STAT4,GATA3 and CCR4 play an important role in the exercise induced immune imbalance,moreover STAT4/GATA3 has the highest sensitivity,which can be used as a target gene in further study on the mechanism of exercise induced immune imbalance.
