摘　　要： 港澳青年北上内地求学已成发展趋势。但在高校就业指导工作方面,无论是内地还是港澳,都忽略了这些在内地留学的港澳青年。金融危机对他们就业观产生了较大冲击,主要表现为就业信心不足,就业意向多元化,就业指导需求多样化等。内地高校应该加强对港澳学生的就业指导工作。 It has become the tendency that the Hongkong and Macao young people go to study in the Mainland. However, in respect of employment guidance, they are neglected by both Mainland and Hongkong or Macao. It has brought great impact on the Youth＇s employment viewpoint, just like lack of confidence, diversification of choices, and so on. The eolleges in the Mainland should strengthen their works of employment guidance about them.
