摘 要: 提出了计算具有大偏心度的同轴腔体内的场分布数值计算方法。利用算例对该方法与基于有限元方法的软件HFSS进行了比较。结果表明:在计算低阶模式时,两种方法所计算的结果具有很好的一致性,但现提出的方法所需的CPU时间及内存均远小于软件HFSS;而且,对于HFSS在PC机条件下难以计算的诸如频率达上百吉赫兹(GHz)和TE28,16,1之类的高阶模式,提出的方法却仍然有效。 A numerical approach is developed to evaluate the RF-field distribution in coaxial cavity with very large eccentricity. Examples are given to compare the present approach with the software HFSS which is based on the finite element method. It is found that, although the results obtained by these two methods are in agreement for the lower-order modes, both the CPU time and memories needed by the present approach are much less than that by the software HFSS,and especially,the present approach is still valid for the higher-order mode such as TE28,16,1 at high frequency up to hundreds giga hertz,where the software HFSS could hardly process on a personal computer.
