摘　　要： 自明代新安县建立后,深圳地区的书院进入较快发展的轨道。就新安县的数所书院而言,其性质已经远非宋代可以相比,已经失去了昔日自由讲学的特质,或者沦为社学,或者与地方府、州、县学别无二致。新安县书院发展的经验表明,要有稳定的学田支持,还要聘请德行道艺皆优的书院山长。 After the founding of Xin＇an County in Ming Dynasty, academies in Shenzhen have been on a fast track. For academies in Xin＇an, the liberal-mindedness of academies advocated and developed in Song Dynasty has faded away, and was replaced by rural schools and became similar to schools run by government at different levels. The academies in Xin＇an showed that successful academies should be run by presidents of great learning and high virtue in addition to financial support from Xuetian, farmland appropriated by government to provide for teachers in academies.
