摘　　要： 制度差异可以通过影响生产成本和交易成本使一国的竞争优势结构发生变化,从而增大两国贸易进行的阻力,影响国与国之间的贸易关系,诱发贸易摩擦。而通过调整各自国家的制度安排、相互承认各自的社会经济规制、建立经济联盟等途径进行制度差异协调,就能达到帕累托效率,从而实现双赢,避免国际贸易摩擦。 Institutional differences can change uct cost and transaction cost, which will lead to a nation＇s advantage structure by changing prodtrade frictions. Coordinating institutions differences by adjusting the institutional arrangements, recognizing of socio-economic regulation system in their respective countries and establishing an economic union, can achieve Pareto efficiency, realize the win-win game and avoid international trade friction.
