摘 要: 提出了基于多周期无分流换热网络的超结构形式及弹性设计方法——同步优化方法。首先建立网络多周期操作工况下的超结构模型,然后用遗传算法对上述模型进行求解。该方法能自动地合成多周期操作工况的换热网络最优流程结构。通过某个换热网络的最优合成设计,说明方法的有效性和应用前景。 This paper presents a superstructure model of heat exchanger networks (HEN) of stream no splitting for multiperiod operation and the method of synthesis of flexible HEN for multiperiod operation. Moreover,simultaneous optimal design of flexible HEN synthesis for multiperiod operation is also proposed. The genetic algorithm is applied to solve the MINLP effectively. This method can obtain the flexible HEN configuration automatically. Finally,a case study demonstrates the method is effective.
