摘　　要： 对大学生进行法制教育是我国社会主义民主法制建设的基础性工作,而思政课又是对大学生进行民主法制教育的主渠道,每一位思政课老师都应认识到法制教育的重要性,充分利用好思政课这一主渠道的作用,提高学生的法律素养,为社会主义法治国家的建设做出贡献。 Legal education of college students is a basic job in our socialist democracy and legal construction, while ideological and political lesson is a main channel to strengthen democracy and legal education of college students. Every teacher should recognize the importance of legal education and make full use of the main channel to improve college students＇ legal knowledge, In order to make contributions to our socialist country under the rule of law.
