摘 要: 于2007年1 0月中旬在农业部蔬菜水果质量监督检验测试中心(广州)检测了橄榄4个优良品系及凤湖榄(对照)果实主要营养成分8个指标,对比分析结果表明:G1 8适宜鲜食及加工兼用,G14适宜加工,P8和J1适宜鲜食。 Determination and analysis of 8 main nutrient components in the Fruit of 4 Fine Canarium album Reausch Clones compared with Fenghu olive were made in mid October at Vegetable and Fruit Quality Supervision Testing Center (Guangzhou), Ministry of Agriculture. Results showed as follows: G18 is suitable for both fresh eating and processing; G14 is suitable for processing; P8 and J1 suit for fresh eating.
