摘　　要： 于2007年1 0月中旬在农业部蔬菜水果质量监督检验测试中心(广州)检测了橄榄4个优良品系及凤湖榄(对照)果实主要营养成分8个指标,对比分析结果表明:G1 8适宜鲜食及加工兼用,G14适宜加工,P8和J1适宜鲜食。 Determination and analysis of 8 main nutrient components in the Fruit of 4 Fine Canarium album Reausch Clones compared with Fenghu olive were made in mid October at Vegetable and Fruit Quality Supervision Testing Center （Guangzhou）, Ministry of Agriculture. Results showed as follows： G18 is suitable for both fresh eating and processing; G14 is suitable for processing; P8 and J1 suit for fresh eating.
