摘　　要： 发展低碳经济是近年来全球全社会共同关心的炙热问题,也是当前产业结构调整升级必须首先虑及的关键。本文就此问题较全面地剖析发展现状和提示发展前景,指出向纵深发展的时候必须秉承系统科学综合取胜原则,就低碳经济发展中的六类因素须分别轻重缓急认真作系统研究。 Low-carbon economy is a global hot topic concerned by the globy in recent years. It is also a top priority in current industrial structure adjustment and upgrading. In this paper we discuss this issue by making a holistic analysis of the status quo of and the outlook of the development and put forward the principles of being systematic, scientific and synthetic to achieve success in in-depth development. Finally, six factors in development of low-carbon economy have been studied and identified according to their weightiness.
