摘 要: 研究以常用的工业纯铝L2为实验材料,采用硫酸交流电阳极氧化和电镀黑镍工艺来降低成本,着重分析温度、电流密度、镍离子的质量浓度等对黑色膜层性能的影响。通过SEM表征、EDS及性能测试表明:在优化的电镀黑镍工艺条件下可以获得与工业纯铝L2基体结合力良好,且耐蚀性、耐热性、吸光性均较好的黑镍镀层。 With common industrial pure aluminum L2 as experimental material, a sulfuric acid AC anodization and black nickel plating process was used to reduce the cost of processing, focusing on the analysis of the effects of temperature, current density and mass concentration of nickel ions on the performance of the black coating. The SEM, EDS and performance tests show that under optimized technological conditions, a black nickel coating with good bonding strength with L2, better corrosion resistance, heat resistance and photo absorption can be obtained.
