摘　　要： 近年来开平电力在OPEN-2000能量管理系统的应用开发中,结合当地实际对一些功能模块进行完善和改进,优化调度管理,确保电网安全稳定运行。这里主要介绍电压/无功管理功能的优化,在变电站中加入电压无功自动控制装置(VQC)。实际运行证明了该方案的可行性。 In recent years, due to the development and application of OPEN-2000 EMS, kaiping network has been perfected and improved its functional modular, optimized dispatch management, and results safe and stable operation. Here the optimization of voltage-reactive-power function management, and adding VQC in the existing substations is introduced in principle. Practical operation has proven that this innovation scheme is tentative.
