摘　　要： Gannan area of the Ming and Qing Dynasties developed rapidly.For the factors of the entery of a large number of Fujian and Guangdong refugee and the improvement of traffic conditions,many kinds of economic crops had been planted in Gannan area.The planting and developing of the economic crops in Gannan area promoted the forms of the local specialization agricultural,the primary processing industry also arised at the historic moment,the specialized market emerged and the specialized labor force presented.The research of this period of economic crops of Gannan area not only helps to explore the social economy development trends and laws of the late feudal society of China,but also can provide historical reference for the current development of Gannan agricultural economy.
