高闭合压力梯度储层压裂工艺技术研究

摘  要: 针对海拉尔盆地高闭合压力、高滤失储层压裂施工成功率低的问题,开展了海拉尔盆地高闭合压力、高滤失储层压裂工艺技术研究。在深入研究储层地质特征基础上,应用统计方法分析了储层出现高停泵压力梯度的特征,应用测试压裂分析技术和地应力剖面解释技术,开展了储层高闭合压力梯度的诊断识别方法研究,应用增加前置液比例、提高低砂比段注入时间、粉砂段塞及胶塞等系列技术措施处理高闭合压力梯度储层,表明应用高闭合压力、高滤失储层压裂工艺技术,有效提高了海拉尔盆地压裂施工成功率,解决了海拉尔盆地储层压裂改造技术难题。 According to the low success rate of fracturing in Hailaer basin where leaking off or pumping off repeatedly occurs, the research on fracturing stimulation technology in Hailaer basin is performed. On the basis of geologic features, the characteristics of pressure gradient when pumping off occur has been studied by means of statistical method. Analytic technique of mini fracturing and interpretation technique of ground stress profile are used to diag- nose and identify the characteristics of pressure gradient, and a series of technical measurements are provided, such as by raising the proportion of prepad fluid, prolonging injection time at low proppant concentration segment and increasing silty sand slug and gel slug, etc. Results show that the application of fracturing stimulation technology has effectively increased the success ratio of fracturing and solved the technical problem of fracturing in Hailaer basin.
