摘　　要： 高职院校《财务管理》精品课程建设是高职院校会计专业在工学结合、校企结合的新形势下课程体系建设、完善的关键环节,也是优化高职院校会计专业人才的能力结构及能力素养的重要方面,抓好高职院校《财务管理》精品课程建设是带动关联课程改革、建设的前提保障。该文从高职院校《财务管理》精品课程建设面临的主要问题切入,在教育理念、教学实训内容结构、方式手段及教学参与性方面探索了相关的建设途径。 The improvement excellent course Financial Management of polytechnics is a key to build the course system of accountant major and an important aspect of making students＇both knowledge structure and ability accomplishment better under the new condition of integration of college＇s teaching and the enterprise＇s operation, and can also guarantee the creation and improvement of related courses in the accountant major. This paper firstly analyzes main questions being faced in the improvement of excellent course Financial Management, then discusses the settling measures from educational idea, teaching content structure and teaching model as well as teaching motivation.
