摘　　要： 采用高压液相方法定性、定量地检测了植酸钠水解物中三至六磷酸肌醇酯的含量，该方法也适用于检测食品、动植物、谷物和植酸产品中的多磷酸肌醇脂含量。 The separation and quantitative determination of phytic acid and lower inositol phosphates (tri- to hexa-phosphate) was carried out by HPLC method. It is also fit to determine inositol tri- to hexa-phosphate in foods, animals, plants, cereals and phytic acid products.
