摘 要: 介绍了采用微型计算机控制的电压输出型传感器高精度数字转换模块的构成及工作原理。该模块以宽动态范围模拟信号(0~100mV)的高精度(24位精度显示分辨率,实际稳定精度能达到20位以上)数据采集为研究对象,解决了工业现场各种类型传感器输出信号的数字量转换问题,为企业新产品研发和传统设备数字化改造提供前端数字信息采集的硬件支持。该模块功耗低、体积小、可靠性高、使用安装方便。 This article introduced the composition and working principle of voltage output sensor with high-precision digital converter module controlled by microcomputer. The module researched on the data collection with wide dynamic range analog signal (0 - 100mV) of the high-precision (24-bit precision display resolution, the actual stability and precision can reach 20 bits and above) and it has solved various types of industrial field sensor output signal digital conversion problems and provides the numerical information gathering hardware support front end for the enterprise new product research and development. The module is low power consumption, small size, high reliability and easy installation.
