摘 要: 以马来酸酐与甲醇为原料,用732型强酸性阳离子树脂作催化剂发生酯化反应,所得产物马来酸二甲酯再在溴的四氯化碳溶液中,经光照异构化成富马酸二甲酯。研究表明,反应最佳条件是:马来酸酐14.7g,甲醇20mL,树脂1.5g,反应时间4.0h,并且反应产率可达92%;同时,树脂催化剂可重复使用。 The dimethyl fumarate was synthesized with maleic anhydride and methanol by 732# strong acidic cationic exchange resin as catalyst, which was isomerized into dimethyl fumarate under light and in the presence of bromine. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: maleic anhydride 14.7 g, methanol 20 ml, resin 1.5 g, reaction time 4.0 h. Under optimum conditions, the yield reached 92%, and resin catalyst could be used reaptedly.
